Another Day, Another Anniversary

Well, I celebrated the 7th anniversary of my 29th birthday on Friday. It was nice and quiet without great fanfare and festivity, very unlike my other birthdays of the past. How strange not to start partying at midnight the night before and continuing until the next weekend! My parents would probably be so shocked to see how much I have “calmed down” since moving to New England. I think it is more from the sheer boredom of “been there, done that” syndrome. I basically knitted, crocheted, and did some work in the morning, went with Rich to pick out a few items at RA Yarns (the pictures from the cake link do not include the yarn), saw the latest Harry Potter, had a nice sushi dinnner at Haruki’s, went home to have my Cow cake and red wine, and read the first 95 pages of The Goblet of Fire.
