Spread the loveThe obvious tale my website spins is that I have been undergoing a number of changes in my life. Applying my field of technology experience to the yarn industry since I began blogging in 2002 is one. The huge personal life changes are meeting BFF and my daughter’s birth. All three were instrumental…

Spread the loveWOW. I am stunned at the comments in the last post. Thank you to everyone who gave warm thoughts and hugs to cheer me up! Yes — the folks I saw, greeted, and hugged are (I refuse to use past tense because that is not true!) absolutely wonderful! I have the great photos…

How Karma Ignites the Soul

Two years? It still feels like yesterday to me, seeing this tragedy pierce the hearts of millions.
I’m glad you said something- I think I’ll give my wonderful goat vet a call- she graduated from there just a few short years before. I hope the families, friends, and everyone who was affected is able to find some peace.
I was visiting Washington DC after the tragedy and happen to be at the National Catherdral the day of the Memorial Service held there. At one of the hotel lobbys near the White House there was a memorial table dedicated to the students who died. As a visitor from California I was honored to be able to pay my respects to these young people. I hope the families are healing from their losses, though they will never forget.
