Hating IE and Distractions as Grace Kelly

For those who are die-hard users of Mozilla’s Firefox browser like myself, finding out that your website looks like absolute CRAP horrible in Internet Explorer is frustrating when you have to fix it. So my apologies if any of you are seeing broken images and slow download times for my website’s pictures. To distract you while the sidebar is getting fixed, I give you this picture to check out. Uncle Sushi is a reclaimed diner that now has great sushi and good prices. My little meal here includes a side salad and small bowl of miso along with a pot of hot tea. And please excuse the strap. I was debating with Rich on whether taking this photo was a good idea, so I was trying to be quick. Of course this is another incentive to get a better camera…

Now for my next distraction, I give you Garden City’s Borders Books in Cranston, RI. I will be announcing the “Walk, then Knit” at this upcoming knitting group get-together on Wednesday. Hopefully I can get the message out in Borders’ and Garden City’s websites, and start getting the word out for this summer. I am working on a formal letter to ask vendors and stores for kits to buy as promotion. Wish me luck on being able to walk to and from that gazebo in 30 minutes!

My last distraction is a Meme (Debbie tagged me with this one!). The directions state to “send this to all of your friends (including person who sent it to you) with your star’s name in the subject line.
