Happy Rhinebeck Memories
WOW. I am stunned at the comments in the last post. Thank you to everyone who gave warm thoughts and hugs to cheer me up! Yes — the folks I saw, greeted, and hugged are (I refuse to use past tense because that is not true!) absolutely wonderful! I have the great photos to prove that, and am slowly getting them uploaded to my Flickr.
To sum it all up, here is some bit of Saturday…
Meeting the folks in Blogger Bingo:
And finally, note that Sharon (who is behind me) ended up sending over a photo of my socks!
Seeing folks in the Mid-day Meetup:
A couple of special pals who allowed to be photographed:
More photos of the Stash and Sunday in the next post! =:8
Yaaaaa.
I wanna go.
Looks like you had fun and love the 2nd photo of the secret pal hidden behind both of your and her hands.
Yay! Looks so fun!
Wish I’d been there! Whoohoo!
What fun!
(((hugs)))
I wish I was there too!
Wow! You met lots of people and you’re just as adorable as you could possibly be in all of those photos. I can’t wait to see when you flash your stash.
knitting people are the best!
I am about midway through your second sock, so hopefully I’ll have them done by the end of this week, next week at the latest! I am sorry it has taken so long, but I had to stop spin more yarn for them.
Yah! Happy times! I’m not going to make it this week to Cranston. Dogsitting for inlaws and they get home wednesday (thank god!).
OMG, I was so shocked to read about your disappointment at Rhinebeck. I couldn’t believe it. How can a place full of sheep and sheep products be so heart-breaking?!?! But I’m glad to see that you did end up having some fun. Looks like good times in those pictures.
