Teaching Crochet

Yup, you read the title correctly. It is now official: I am teaching crochet basics at RA Yarns on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays (Cranston store) and Wednesdays (Scituate store) of the month from 6:30 to 8:30PM. My summer lesson plan includes the basics of chaining, single, double, and treble crochet, and how to read patterns. Our “tests” consist of 3 projects for the summer. We will be creating a scarf, a blanket, and finally a seasonal shawl gorgeous enough to make as a gift or to steal for yourself.
